Job Title: Trucking/Transportation Agency Sales Leader

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Opportunity: This is an Agency Sales Leader with total compensation from $80,000 to $100,000 annually with base + commissions (60% paid on all New Business and 50% paid on renewals).

Hours: Flexible—work your own hours and set your own schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Assessment: Evaluate the performance of sales team members through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales team members, helping them to develop their strengths and address areas for improvement.
  • Sales Techniques Development: Design and implement effective sales techniques and strategies to improve overall sales performance.

  • Training Materials Creation: Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support sales training initiatives.
  • Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support and guidance to sales team members, addressing any questions or challenges they may encounter in their roles.
  • Performance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, using this data to adjust training programs as needed.
  • Collaboration with Management: Work closely with sales management to align training programs with company goals and sales targets.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest sales techniques, industry trends, and best practices to ensure training programs remain current and effective.
  • Motivation and Morale Building: Foster a positive and motivating environment for the sales team, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from sales team members regarding training programs and use this information to enhance future training sessions.


Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of Trucking/Transportation Insurance Sales experience
  • Valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
  • Ability to obtain non-resident licenses in Texas
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct effective team and individual meetings
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing business objectives and operational needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
