Job Description
The Contract Lead Consultant will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle process for new business relationships, existing B2B partners, and intercompany agreements, including initial preparation, key stakeholder reviews, revisions, and finalizing material(s). This role will work closely with Roadside’s sales team, account managers, legal, pricing, and other subject matter experts across the business and requires knowledge of compliance with data security laws, including personally identifiable information (PII).

Technical Skills
Contract writing skills: Familiar with standard contractual terms and legal language to support drafting various types of contracts (e.g., Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, Amendments) Risk management: ability to identity and assess potential risks, and mitigate and develop contingent plans for smooth contract execution Building and documenting processes: building a contract intake and management process and documenting the process. Updating the process to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Project management: experience in managing multiple complex projects at the same time and managing expectations for key parties involved and meeting target deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills
Communication skills: Clear and effectively communicating contract terms, potential issues and update various stakeholders to drive execution Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Conflict resolution: effectively manage disagreements and disputes during a contract life cycle. Also have an ability to manage and resolve internal conflicts during contractÂ
+ Paralegal Certification (preferred)
+ Notary (preferred)
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $85,000- $126,000 and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.

- Ensures templates, process, contract standards/fallbacks and process materials are updated and communicated effectively to the business
- Maintain connection with Allstate legal to ensure appropriate review/oversite over contracts outside of standard fallbacks
- Partners with business leaders to ensure visibility on escalations and exceptions, ensure proper consultation with legal and business for contract decisions
- Help curate language as needed for non-templated scenarios
- Train business partners and leadership team on contracts standards, process and procedures as needed
- Handles escalations both internal and external in relation to contracts
- Partners with legal on new offerings and ensure appropriate changes are captured in our agreements
- Works both internally and externally to ensure execution of contracts
- Takes on additional special projects as needed
